Consumers catching up with techonology?

This month, we’re really hooked on to the gadgets and communication platforms that technology has brought into our lives: IM, TiVo, web-TV... Things that make life more convenient for us, but at the same time a place where advertising is marginalised. Brand engagement and connections become more important here.
在本月的Sirius裡,我們提及了一些經由科技引領進入我們生活的工具及溝通平台:即時通、TiVo 、網路電視…。雖然這些新科技讓我們的生活更加便利,但同時也讓廣告行銷成效更加受限,消費者參與度高的品牌溝通以及與消費者建立連結在此時就變的格外重要。

Will all consumers take up everything new? Probably not, or atleast not for a while. People will try new things, and then continue to use only what they find useful to them. But we can already see the changes in behaviourin the next generation.
是否所有的消費者都會立即開始接受並運用這些新科技呢? 可能不會,或者至少在短時間內還不會。人們會嘗試新的事物,但只會繼續使用對他們來說實用的工具。至少,我們已經看到下一代在行為模式上的改變了。
