We recently took our office away for 2 days to a regional workshop in Zhuhai, China. The weather outside was hot but we never got a chance to feel it because we were always indoors…workshopping our Starcom philosophy and process. This was the first time we had all our Greater China staff get together and it was good to see everyone interacting and sharing their experiences across the network –we can all learn a lot more from each other.
八月底我們拉到了中國珠海,參加為期兩天星傳媒體大中華區員工的內部訓練活動。雖然珠海的天氣酷熱,但我們都在室內接受星傳集團方針及企劃思考邏輯程序的訓練,並無機會感受炎熱。這是第一次所有大中華區的五家公司員工齊聚一堂,分享彼此的經驗,相互學習及互動,是難得的珍貴經驗.
