“A picture is worth a thousand words”and this month we have a lot of pictures to demonstrate the recent launch of a new product.

But we’re not dropping all our words. We have an article here that asks us to consider consumer insights and cultural context.The consumer insight gives meaning to the observedbehaviour, it is the motivation -the “why -behind thebehaviour. Oftentimes, the consumer cannot honestly answer, exactly why. It makes our taskso much more challenging.
